We spend real time understanding the role, your team dynamic, the stack, and what success looks like at 90 days. We push back on anything that would limit our search.

We go directly to the talent — we don't post and pray. Our network in RevOps, GTM Engineering, and Sales leadership lets us surface candidates who aren't actively looking.

Rigorous Vetting

Every shortlisted candidate is evaluated, pre-referenced, and, for senior roles, introduced via video before you spend time on interviews.

Close & Guarantee

We manage the offer process and stay engaged through onboarding. Our six-month guarantee means if the placement doesn't work out, we replace at no additional fee.

Flat Fee · U.S. Direct Hire
$15,000 – $30,000

One-time flat fee per placement. No percentage of salary.

Placement guarantee: Guarantee scales with the search fee: 3 months at $15k, up to 6 months at $30k. The bigger the search, the longer we stand behind it. If a placed candidate leaves or doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.
Staged payment: The placement fee can be split across 3–6 monthly instalments — so you're not writing one large cheque the day the offer is signed.
